How do I send the photos?

• Look out for your order confirmation email and reply directly, attaching your photos to the email.

What resolution should the image be?

• There is no minimum resolution as everyone's phone is quite capable nowadays. If there is a resolution issue, we will reach out! But if image is pixelated, we wont be able to fix it.

Does each magnet have to be a different photo?

• You can choose to print 1 image per magnet, or split 1 image into 4 pieces or print the same image 4 times. Just let us know your preference!

Are the images edited before printing?

• We will do the basic cropping, alignment and enhancing to ensure it looks good for display.

How fast does the printing take?

• As everything is hand made, we would take about 3-5 working days to create your order and shipping takes 2-3 working days.

Is there a minimum purchase?

• The images are sold in sets of 4. Minimum 4 pieces.

Do you offer bulk orders for gifts or events?
