If you order multiple items of the same design, they will be placed together in a single box for a cohesive presentation. For mixed items (e.g. one earring and one necklace), we will still package them together in one box by default.

How to send in your inclusions:

• Wait for our Collection Kit to arrive at your doorstep within a week after purchase.
• Collect and store your inclusion(s) using our Collection Kit bottles.
• Put bottle(s) into hard case for protection.
• Place hard case into mailing bag provided and seal it.
• Stick shipping label, provided, on the seal to prevent tampering.
• Place package outside your door on courier pick up date for collection.

• Made from solid 925 sterling silver and premium epoxy resin for casting
• Resin is strong but should be treated gently to prevent scratches
• Avoid exposure to water, chemicals, perfume, and direct sunlight
• Store in a dry pouch or box when not in use
• Polish sterling silver with a soft cloth to maintain shine
